Venus got a lovely walk, and now I think I might just need to exercise more to try and work it out of me.
I would like to have a healthy draft in two hours.

Do you use the common lectionary? with today's Luke story - about the rich man and Lazarus at the gate. Our Rev Richard gave a good sermon this morning about 'us' being so rich and the point is not being scoundrels, but just indifferent towards those with absolute nothing.
